General Information


Submission of application forms for admission will be only through online.


Eligibility Criteria for Honours and General Courses:


1. Passing H.S. /equivalent level in 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015.
2. For Honours course, at least 45% marks in aggregate including Honours seeking subjects (or allied subject).
3. For General Courses, at least pass marks in aggregate including combination subjects.
 
4. In practical based subjects pass marks is to be obtained separately in theory and practical parts.


The Unique Application Number will be treated as User Id and Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy) will be treated as Password for further communication.

Payment for Registration


For confirmation of Online Registration applicants must get a print-out of the e-challan for Registration and deposit registration fee (Rs. 100/-, Non-Refundable) at any branch of SBI within notified dates.

Publication of merit list


Applicants may apply for Only Honours course or Only General course or Both Honours and General courses.

Merit point calculation
Merit Point for Honours courses (M) = X + Y + Z
Merit Point for General courses (M) = Y
 
where
X : % of marks obtained at secondary/ equivalent level (except additional subject);
 

Y : % of marks obtained at H.S. /equivalent level (best one language and best three electives except Environmental Studies);
Z : % of marks obtained at H.S./equivalent level in the Honours seeking subject (or the best allied subject if the Hon. Seeking subject was not studied at H.S. level). In case of tie, rational means of tie breaking will be adopted
