1. Deputy Ranger/ Forester: 131 Nos. (UR-54, UR (ESM)-04, SC – 45, SC (ESM)-01, ST -09, BC:A -11, BC:B -07)

Academic Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent on or before 06.11.2015.

Candidates should meets the following Physical Standards: –

Male Candidates: Height – 163 cms (152.5 cms for Gorkhas, Garwalies, Rajbansis and ST); Chest (unexpanded/ expanded) – 84cms/89cms (79cms/84cms for Gorkhas, Garwalies, Rajbansis and ST)

Female Candidates: Height – 150cms (145cms for Gorkhas, Garwalies, Rajbansis and ST); Chest (unexpanded/ expanded) – 79cms/84cms (74cms/79cms for Gorkhas, Garwalies, Rajbansis and ST)

Selection Procedure: The selection process will be carried by Staff Selection Commission of West Bengal. Candidates shall have to appear at a Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement Test and Personality Test.
