notification for University of Delhi Entrance Test for PhD in History 2016 has
been announced. University of Delhi (DU) invites applications, for admission to
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in History offered at Department of History
for the session 2016 through an entrance test.

Written Test: 02nd February 2016 (Tuesday)
Date of
Interview: 11th February 2016
Candidates
will be called for an interview on 15th February 2016

Selection Procedure
In the
case of those whom the Ordinances of the University have expressly exempted,
only those who clear the qualifying written exam shall be eligible to be called
for the interview
Admission
to the PhD program will be based on the interview, where the candidate’s
preparation for independent and original research and his/her research proposal
will be evaluated
