Notification for inviting online applications for admission into Under Graduate Unani (BUMS) Course for the academic year 2017-18 at Dr. Abdul Haq Unani Medical College, Kurnool Affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada
Application Forms are invited through online from the rankers of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG-2017 and fulfilled the following eligibility criteria for admission into Under Graduate AYUSH Courses BUMS for the academic year 2017-18 under Competent Authority Quota in UNANI College, affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh State.
Eligibility
Admissions to Kamil-E-TIB-Wa-Jarahat Course: A candidate seeking admission to main Kamil-E-Tib-Wa-Jarahat (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery - BUMS) Course must have passed
a) Intermediate 10+2 or equivalent examwith 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the candidate should have passed 10th standard with Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as a one of the subjects or passed the test of Urdu in the entrance examination conducted by the University or Board or Registered Society authorized by the Govt. to conduct such examination (or)
b) The Pre-Tib Examination of one-year durationand;
The candidate should have in NEET-2017 Rank
Age Limit
Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2017.There is no maximum age limit.
Note:
1) Age shall be calculated on the basis of the date of birth as indicated in S.S.C. Examor its equivalent exam
2)A student (he/she) who born on 1st January of a year will complete one year on 31st December of the same year
3) Requests for relaxation of minimum age prescribed shall not be entertained
4) Candidates born on or after 02-01-2001 are not eligible for admission into BUMS Course for the academic year -2017-18 as they have not completed 17 years of age
Candidates who are Indian Nationals and the candidate should be Indian Nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders should satisfy the Local or
Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974 have Qualified in NEET-2017 during the academic year are only eligible to applyfor admission

The qualified and eligible candidates as per the regulations who desire to take admission to BUMS Course in UNANI College in the State of Andhra Pradesh shall apply online for determining the provisional Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories in the Website http://apbums.apntruhs.in from 11.00 A.M. on 21st October 2017 to 05.00 PMon 25th October 2017 only.
