No. of Vacancies: 179 Nos. (UR-91, SC-40, ST-11, BC-31,PWD-06 )
Educational Qualification
i) Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Science or Bio- Chemistry or Microbiology or Masters Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from a recognized University.
OR
ii) Holder of any other equivalent / recognized qualification notified by the Central Government.
iii) Successfully completed training as specified by the food Authority in a recognized institute or institution for the purpose.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-36 years as on 01 January 2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.9000 – Rs.40,500 and Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
