Important Information

Candidates  selected  for  the  admission have to  submit  the following :

Attested copy of MARKSHEET and the original marksheet of H.S. or equivalent examination is to be produced. (Laminated marksheet will not be accepted)

One attested copy of admit  card  &  marksheet  of  Madhyamik  or equivalent Examination.

Conduct  and  character  certificate  from  the  head of  the  institution  last attended.

Two recent  passport  size  photographs  of  the  student  in white  dress (unattested).

A Health Certificate by a registered medical practitioner with blood group.

1. A Caste certificate (if applicable).


2. An income certificate of the guardian from relevant authority.
