For Deputy Managers : Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical/ Production/Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Civil  Engineering 65 % General/OBC & 55 % SC/ST marks (average of all semesters) from AICTE approved college or recognised University / Institution.

For Junior Manager (Safety) : Degree in any branch of engineering from a recognised University / Institute with diploma in Industrial Safety Certificate issued by the Competent Govt. Authority.

For Assistant Manager (Operations) : Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Age Limit :

For Deputy Managers  : 37 years

For Junior Manager (Safety) : 30 years

For Assistant Manager (Operations) : 34 years

Age of Relaxation :

Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years

Other Backward Classes : 3 years

Selection Procedure : On the basis of their performance in the Written Examination they will be called for Interview.
