Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be female only.

I)                    50% in aggregate with 45% marks in Subject or Mathematics for Computer Science Honours.

OR

II)                  55% in the subject or Mathematics for Computer Science.

OR

III)                50% in aggregate when the candidate takes up Honours in the subject not included in her previous qualifying examination.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION TO HONOURS COURSES:

A candidate shall be allowed to apply for Honours in:

1)      EDUCATION: The subject Psychology/Philosophy/Mathematics/Sociology/Economics/Political Science/History be treated as relate subject.

2)      PHILOSOPHY: The subject Psychology be treated as related subject.

Candidates from vocational streams are only eligible for B.A. General Courses.

HOW TO APPLY:

Step 1: Go to college website  www.seramporegirlscollege.org Step 2: Click on your choice of study and fill up the whole form.

Step 3: On successful submission, take two print outs of filled-in application form and challan. Step 4: Keep the filled-in application form with you.

Step 5: Submit application fee to Axis Bank college counter and collect the receipt.

Step 6: Check your payment status after 24 hours. If you can’t find your payment status checked after application paying fee in 3 days contact through college email with scanned copy of

yourchallan. Email ID:  serampore_girls_college@yahoo.co.in Step7: Wait for Merit List to be published on 13.06.16 on college website.
