Eligibility and Selection Criteria

Chemistry	40% MARKS IN CHEMISTRY (H)	MATHEMATICS
Microbiology	40% MARKS IN MICROBIOLOGY (H)/ CHEMISTRY (H)/ Any Branch of BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE	ANY TWO OF THE FOLLOWING: Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Zoology.
Zoology	40%  MARKS IN ZOOLOGY (H)	ANY TWO OF THE FOLLOWING: Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Microbiology.

The Provisional Merit List of eligible candidates will be prepared only in order of total Marks obtained in the Honours Subjects for 60 % Seats and Marks of Admission Test with Marks obtained in the Honours Subjects will be considered for 40 % seats. To break tie, the Admission Committee will consider the Marks of subsidiary Paper(s).
