The case of Pinki Pramanik is still not solved. The full report will be submitted on Barasat Court on 10 July 2012. During this lengthy process, Pinki is very much humiliated. Huge people gather in the court compound to see Pinki. Their curiosity is whether Pinki Pramanik is a male or female.
Till today only 2-3 athletes from West Bengal have raised their voice to protest against the inhuman treatment on Pinki. Kabir Suman has lashed out at police atrocities with his song ‘Tumi purush naki meye’.
