Essential Qualification: For the Engineering candidates – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Metallurgical candidates, B.E or B.Tech or AMIe is required with 60% marks. For SC and ST candidates, the marks will be 55%.
For the remaining posts: PG Degree or Diploma with minimum 65% in Personnel management & Industrial Relations or MBA -HR/Master of Social work is needed.
For the post of Law: Full time Bachelor Degree in Law is needed.
For the post of Finance: Chartered Accountant or ICWA is required.
Age limits: Candidates should be within 29 years as on 1 July 2012. Upper age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years, SC and ST is 5 years, PH is 10 years.
