Results of West Bengal Madhyamik Pariksha 2011 will be published on any day between 23 May 2011 and 27 May 2011. Latest updates will be posted here in this page so keep watch.

From 11.00 AM onwards the madhyamik results will be available through website, SMS and IVRS. Students can registered their Roll number and mobile number in the website www.exametc.com at free of cost and will get instance sms from the site as soon as the result is published.

For mobile user, write WB10 Roll number and send to any one of the numbers: 57333, 54545, 54242, 56767999, 58888, 56263 and get the result.

Total number of candidates this year is 9,47,495 . For the first time in the history of  West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) that more than nine lakhs examinees appeared for the Madhyamik examination.  Number of girls appeared in Madhyamik 2011 is  4,05,117 while the figure is  3.4 lakh last year.  In Kolkata and its surrounding locations like 24 Parganas ( both South and North), Howrah, Nadia etc.  number of girls is more than number of boys appeared in Madhyamik examination 2011.The physical science exam of Madhyamik 2011 was deferred from March 3 to March 22 as Physical science question paper were distributed to students instead of History.
