Chandanagar Assembly Constituency Election Results

Constituency number of Chandanagar: 189

In 2021 assembly election in West Bengal, Indranil Sen of Trinamool Congress defeated his nearest rival Deepanjan Kumar Guha of BJP and won the Chandanagar assembly seat. Indranil Sen got 86,778 votes and Deepanjan Kumar Guha got 55,749 votes.

In 2016 assembly election in West Bengal, Indranil Sen of Trinamool Congress defeated his nearest rival Gautam Sarkar of CPI (M) and won the Chandanagar assembly seat.

In 2011 assembly election in West Bengal, Ashoke Kumar Shaw of Trinamool Congress defeated his nearest rival Sibaprasad Banerjee of CPI (M) and won the Chandanagar assembly seat.


In 2006 assembly election in West Bengal, Sibaprosad Banerjee of  CPI (M) defeated his nearest rival Ram Chakraborty of Trinamool Congress and won the Chandanagar assembly seat.
