Bankura Assembly Constituency Election Results

After new delimitation, constituency number of this assembly seat is 252

In 2021 state assembly elections in West Bengal, Niladri Sekhar Dana of BJP defeated his nearest rival Sayantika Banerjee of Trinamool Congress and won the Raipur assembly seat. Niladri Sekhar Dana got 95,466 votes and Sayantika Banerjee got 93,998 votes.

In 2016 state assembly elections in West Bengal, Shampa Daripa, an independent candidate defeated her nearest rival Minati Mishra of Trinamool Congress and won the Raipur assembly seat.

In 2011 state assembly elections in West Bengal, Kashinath Mishra of Trinamool Congress defeated his nearest rival Pratip Mukherjee of CPI (M) and won the Bankura assembly seat.
In the 2006 state assembly poll, Partha De of CPI (M) defeated his nearest rival Kashi Nath Mishra of AITC.
