Admission to P.G. Diploma in Book Publishing in University of Calcutta

 

Application forms are available at the C.U. sales counter, Asutosh Building (Ground Floor), College Street Campus (Asutosh Sikhsha Prangan), Kolkata-700073 on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash from 21st July to 3rd September 2014. (Monday-Friday / Time : 10:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.). Application forms are also downloadable fron university website www.caluniv.ac.in.

  Eligibility  For Admission

Candidates must be graduation in any stream (Hons/ Pass/ General/ Vocational, etc) from a recognized University.

A candidate appeared at the final examination for graduation is also eligible to apply.

In case suitable candidate(s) for the reserved categories is/are not found, vacancies will be filled-in from among the general candidates duly selected. If suitable Sponsored Candidate(s) is/are not found, the vacant seats will be filled from among other candidates duly selected.

4th - 5th September 2014 and from 10:30 A.M. to 11:15 A.M. on 6 September 2014

Written admission test : Saturday, 6th September 2014 at 11:30 P.M.

Interview : Saturday, 6th September 2014 at 2:00 P.M. onwards

Publication of the list of candidates selected : 12th September 2014 at 3:30 P.M.

Admission : 15th - 22nd September 2014 (Time : 2:00 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.)

Commencement of classes : Friday, 26th September 2014 at 4:00 P.M.

If submitted by post, please write on the top of the envelope : "APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE P.G. DIPLOMA IN BOOK PUBLISHING STUDIES, SESSION 2014-2015."
