Meanwhile Narendra Modi government will observe 25 December 2014 as 'Good Governance Day'. 25 December is the birthday of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and there is a rumour that the ex-Prime Minister (11th Prime Minister of India) may get the Bharat Ratna on his birthday – 25 December 2014.
