Essential Qualifications

For Senior Medical Specialist :  Candidates should have MBBS & PG Degree/Diploma from recognized Institute / University approved by Medical Council of India / State Medical Council with 3 years post-qualification experience from a Hospital / Clinic in the relevant Speciality.  For Surgery, Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -minimum qualification is PG Degree only.

For Medical Specialist : Candidates should have MBBS & PG Degree/Diploma from recognized Institute/University approved by Medical Council of India/State Medical Council in the relevant speciality. For Surgery, Medicine, and Pulmonary Medicine -minimum qualification is PG Degree only.

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit for Senior Medical Specialist : 35 years

Age limit for Medical Specialist : 30 years

Application Fee : Application fee for General / OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs.500/- through Challan in branches of State Bank of India.  No application fee for SC/ST/PH category candidates.
