Merit List and Counselling Cum Admission of B.A. 1st Year(Hons) for the session
2016-17.
This is for information of all
applicants for admission to B.A. 1st Year (Hons) that the final Merit List /The
Mother list of the candidates who applied for admission to the said course will
be published on 01.06.2016, at 4.00 pm, and will be available in the website
www.deshapran.com from 1st June, 2016 at 5.00 pm. The Counselling cum admission
to the said course will be held as per the following schedule:

Concerned candidates are requested
to bring all mark sheets/certificates related to their educational
qualification, experience, category (Caste/disability) in original. The
Candidates are also requested to arrive exactly at the scheduled commencement
of the counselling session with all eligibility documents in original required
for admission.

the time of Counselling:

Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or
equivalent examination.
·
Self attested photocopy of Mark
Sheet of last qualifying examination.
·
Original Admit Card of Madhyamik
/age proof.
·
Self attested photocopy of Madhyamik
Admit card or age-proof.
·
One copy of recent passport-size
photograph.
·
Caste Certificate in original (only
for SC/ST/OBC-A, OBC-B, issued by SDO or DM).
·
Self attested photocopy of Caste
Certificate.
·
Disability Certificate in original
(only for PH candidates).
·
Self attested photocopy of PH
Certificate (only for PH candidates).
·
Hard copy of Application Form.
·
Income certificate/BPL card of
parents.
·
Character Certificate / School
Leaving Certificate.
* Documents to be submitted at the
time of Admission:

Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or
equivalent examination.
·
Payment Confirmation Receipt.
·
Students must
arrive within the scheduled commencement of the counseling session.
·
No candidate
will be allowed to enter the Counselling Room even a minute after the scheduled
time.
·
Only the
candidates will be allowed to enter the Counselling Room.
·
Concerned
candidates must be present physically.
·
Application
Forms which are not properly filled in shall NOT be considered.
·
Admission shall
be cancelled if false information is provided.
·
Year of passing
H.S. or equivalent examination should not be earlier than 2014.
N.B: Seats will be restricted
subject to availability (according to the University rule).
