Enlisted candidates, called for counseling, of the 1st Year  B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Honours Degree Courses for the Session 2016-17 in Hooghly Mohsin College are directed to follow the guidelines: Candidates called for counseling must reach the counseling room within 11.00 A.M. Candidates are directed to show the downloaded Filled in forms duly signed at college gate. If the candidate suffer in illness then his/her Guardian will be allowed to enter college premises, but only one person will be allowed. No candidates will be allowed to enter the counseling room after 11.00 A.M.

# Original Documents and its photocopy (self attested) to be produced at the time of verification of testimonials in College Admission:

1. Original Marks-sheet of (10+2) level examination and its photocopy
2. Original School leaving certificate from the head of the institution last attended (non - returnable)\
3. Age proof document (admit card /certificate of secondary examination ) and its photocopy
4. Four copies of recent passport  size and one stamp size photograph (unattested)
5. Receipt of downloaded filled-in-form duly signed by the candidate  (non refundable )
6. Receipt / or Challan copy of application fees to SBI (any branches)
7. Candidates have to pay Admission Fees at the date of counseling and admission at cash office (Science Library)
8. Applicants already admitted in any other institution have to produce Cancellation Certificate / Transfer Certificate within 10 days from the date of verification

(i)        Original SC / ST/ OBC-A & B / PH certificate and its photocopy
            (Certificate should be issued by either MP or MLA or member of Zilla
            Parishad or Municipal Councilor or Municipal Commissioner or Group
            “A” Officer of the State Government in the name of the Candidate.
            SC/ST /OBC certificate in the name other than the candidate’s name
           will not be accepted. PH certificate should be issued by the competent authority)
Admission of a candidate is strictly provisional and subject to subsequent cancellation in case of occurrence of any intentional or unintentional error and concealment of fact/s.

After counseling and verification the amount of admission fees is to be deposited at cash office of Hooghly Mohsin College, Hooghly.
