SUPPLEMENTARY MERIT LIST 2016
Due to some Technical Fault,
supplementary merit lists (Department wise) are published. The Candidates in
these lists are hereby instructed to come to the College for Document
Verification as per given schedule for Admission.
DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE
2. Following Documents to be
produced for Document Verification
3. Submit the verified
Application Form and the photocopies of the supporting documents to the College
Office
4. Visit the website of the
college and Print the Admission Voucher
5. Deposit the Admission
Amount to any branch of Corporation Bank in India within the stipulated time
mentioned in the
7. Visit College Office
with two passport size Photo & Original Marksheet of HS or equivalent
Examination and submit the Institution's copy of the Admission Voucher.
8. Collect the Temporary
Identity Card.
Important Notes:
2. Once a candidate will
take admission to New Alipore College, he/she will be enlisted for Calcutta
University Registration.
3. A candidate has to inform the
College Authority and take Transfer Certificate if he/she wants to cancel the
admission.
4. A candidate, who already
admitted to New Alipore College in a particular course, may take admission to
other course. In

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. PLEASE REMEMBER the Important Dates and visit New Alipore college for Document verification as per schedule with the Printout of the Application Form.
(Printout of the Application Form may be obtained from the candidate's User Login**.)
2. Following Documents to be produced for Document Verification
a. Original Certificate for age verification (Certificate/Admit Card of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination where the Date of Birth is mentioned)
b. Original Marks Sheet of WBHS or Equivalent Examination
c. Original Online Registration Payment Voucher (both Institution's Copy and Candidate's Copy)
d. One Passport Photograph
e. Cast Certificate (If any) issued in favour of the Candidate (Issued by the Government of West Bengal)
f. Migration Certificate (If any) [Not require for the candidates passed WBHS, ISC, CBSE, NIOS, RMV]
g. Photocopies of all the documents (Self Attested) mentioned above
3. Submit the verified Application Form and the photocopies of the supporting documents to the College Office
4. Visit the website of the college and Print the Admission Voucher
5. Deposit the Admission Amount to any branch of Corporation Bank in India within the stipulated time mentioned in the Admission Voucher.
Please Note: Bank will receive the Admission Fees within the stipulated time only.
7. Visit College Office with two passport size Photo & Original Marksheet of HS or equivalent Examination and submit the Institution's copy of the Admission Voucher.
8. Collect the Temporary Identity Card.
Important Notes:
1. No Fees (excepts deposit money) are refundable.
2. Once a candidate will take admission to New Alipore College, he/she will be enlisted for Calcutta University Registration.
3. A candidate has to inform the College Authority and take Transfer Certificate if he/she wants to cancel the admission.
4. A candidate, who already admitted to New Alipore College in a particular course, may take admission to other course. In that case, the candidate has to take permission from the College Authority and the candidate has to take fresh admission.
No money will be adjusted with the previous Admission Fees.
