The “Provisional Merit List for On-Line Counselling Round-8”has been published in college website (www.durgapurgovtcollege.in).The modus operandi for Online Counselling Round-8 and Provisional admission is captioned as below:
For a particular course, applicants from the MERIT LIST will be offered provisional admission to that course in proper sequence.
The applicant will receive this information by SMS through his/her registered mobile number.
To avail this provisional admission offer after Portal opening (Date – 03.07.2019; Time - 20:00:00 hrs), applicant has to log in to the ACCOUNT to choose category and pay the requisite ADMISSION FEES (within Date - 04.07.2019; Time - 22:00:00 hrs).
Applicants have to pay the requisite ADMISSION FEE within the mentioned time period for that particular course through online mode only in order to get provisional admission to that course; failing which, admission will remain incomplete and his/her candidature will be cancelled automatically.
The MONEY RECIPT (College copy) of ADMISSION FEE paid through online should be preserved for future correspondence.
If an Applicant with reservation (SC/ST/OBC/DA) gets chance in both RESERVE CATEGORY and UNRESERVED CATEGORY then they will be given the choice whether to opt for reserved seat or unreserved seat.
If the Applicant does not accept the offered course and/or does not pay the requisite ADMISSION FEE within the given time (Date - 03.07.2019; Time - 20:00:00 hrs to Date - 4.07.2019; Time - 22:00:00 hrs), his/her candidature will be cancelled outright for that particular course.
After commencement of classes, candidates have to produce all the relevant documents in the college for checking and verification purpose. The college authority will approve the admission of the candidate if all information provided by the candidate is found correct
