During Admission students have to carry the

1. Original Money Challan (Student’s Copy), & Submitted Admission form. 2. Self attested Xerox copy of all testimonials testimonials (MP Admit Card & MP Marksheet) and Birth Registration Certificate,      SC/ST/OBC/PH certificates (if applicable) along with original copy of the same, 3. one passport size(2.5cm X 3.5 cm) colour photograph and 4.  Transfer Certificate from Banglar Siksha Portal (Students passed from Sodepur High need not submit) 5. required amount fees as follows.

1. For Science Strem with Computer Science or Computer Application : Rs. 2600.00* 2. For Science Stream without Computer : Rs. 2300.00* 3. For Commerce Stream with Computer Application : Rs. 2600.00* *This is an approximate fees Including Dress Coupon (adjusted at the time of purchase) and fees for the whole academic year 2023 - 2024. The Institution has two streams in Higher Secondary Section i.e., Science & Commerce. Intake capacity for Science Stream is 90 & for Commerce stream is 70 for the session 2023 - 2024. 90% seat of the each stream will be fulfilled by those students, who have appeared and passed Madhyamik Pariksha 2023 from Sodepur High School, Sodepur, Kolkata – 700110. Rest 10% seats of each stream may be full filled by the eligible candidates passed from other than Sodepur High School. In Science Stream besides Language subjects (Bengali as First Language & English as Second Language) there are seven elective subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, Computer Science and Computer Application). Students have to choose four elective subjects as per following combination. 1. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, BIOLOGY 2. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, STATISTICS 3. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, COMPUTER SCIENCE 4. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, COMPUTER APPLICATION Besides Language subjects (Bengali as First Language & English as Second Language), there are only one combination for Commerce Stream i.e. ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS STUDIES, COSTING & TAXATION, COMPUTER APPLICATION The allotted seats for each subject combination are as follows: For Science Stream 1. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, BIOLOGY 45 2. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, STATISTICS 15 3. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, COMPUTER SCIENCE 20 4. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATH, COMPUTER APPLICATION 10 Total no. of seats in Science stream - 90 For Commerce Stream 5. ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS STUDIES, COSTING & TAXATION, COMPUTER APPLICATION 70 Total no. of seats in Commerce stream - 70 Reservation for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Others Backward Category (OBC-A & OBC-B) and Physically Challenged will be strictly followed by the institution in the admission procedure. Reservation of Selection will be as per Govt. Rule. a) Schedule Caste 22% b) Schedule Tribe 6% c) OBC (A) 10% d) OBC (B) 7% e) Physically Challenged 3% In case of non- availability of eligible ST students the reservation goes to the SC category. Required Information for Class XI Science Department Admission:
 
a) Marks obtained out of 700 in Madhyamik
b) Marks obtained out of 300 in Mathematics, Physics and Life Science in Madhyamik
c) Sum of (a + b) based on marks obtained out of total 1000
d) If more than one student has the same score then the one who gets more in Mathematics will have priority
(e) If the score of (d) is same for more than one student then the marks of Physics will get priority
f) If the score of (e) is same for more than one student then Life science marks will get priority

Department of Commerce:

a) Marks obtained out of 700 in Madhyamik

b) Marks obtained out of 300 in Mathematics, English and Bengali in Madhyamik

c) Sum of (a + b) based on marks obtained out of total 1000

d) If more than one student has the same score then the one who scores more in Mathematics will have priority

(e) If the score of (d) is same for more than one student then the marks of English shall be given priority.

f) If the score of (e) is the same for more than one student then Bengal marks will get priority

1) Date of admission will be informed later

2) Time to fill up form and submit challan to school 26/05/23, 27/05/23, 29/05/23 (12.30 pm to 3.30 pm)

General category - 2000 rupees, O. B. C. - 100 rupees and schedule caste and tribe

If you pay 50 rupees to the school, you will get admission.
