Nursery Admission
Eligibility:
candidate has to be 4+ years of age at the start of the Academic year
[1st april 2020].
Application
forms will be available in the school office on the Following
dates on a payment of rs. 100/- only:26th september 2019 (08:00 a.m to 11:00
a.m)/ 27th september 2019 (08:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m)
Completed
forms should be submitted on: 15th october 2019 (08:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m)/16th
october 2019 (08:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m)
Tentative
dates for interaction are – 31st october, 1st, 2nd, & 4th november 2019
The following
documents must be attached to the application form:
Xerox copies
of corporation and hospital birth certificate.
For catholics
only – baptism certificate and letter from the parish priest.
One photograph of child with both the parents
(10cm x 8cm).
Xerox copy of the latest telephone /
electricity bill / ration card/passport as proof of current residential
address.
Xerox copy of
sc/st/obc certificate (if applicable).
For a past pupil of Loreto – xerox copy of the
character certificate issued by the school or any other school identification
of the mother.
Xerox copy of
the aadhar card
A self addressed envelope [ 4½ “ x 10”]
Proof of occupations
Please note:
your child will lose her chance for admission if recommendation / offer for
donation in any form is made from any quarter.
Application
forms will not be distributed after the above mentioned date and time.
Class XI Admission
Application Forms for admission to Class XI (Science, Commerce & Arts) for the session 2020 – 2021 will be distributed from the school office on Thursday 17th October 2019 at 9:00 a.m. on a payment of Rs. 100/- only.
Forms are to be returned on Saturday 19th October 2019 between 9:00a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Subjects offered for the following Streams:
Arts: English, Economics, Pol Sc/
Maths, Hist / Geog, Hindi / Bengali
Commerce: English, Economics,
Commerce, Accounts, Maths/ Business Studies
Science: English, Physics,
Chemistry, Maths, Hindi/Bengali/Bio
Incomplete or incorrectly filled in Application Forms will NOT be considered.
Documents Required
1. Attested copies of class
viii to x school reports (not just marks – remarks too)
2. Unattested copies of
certificates received from school (class ix & x only)
