South Point School Admission Nursery I & Nursery II Academic Session: 2021-2022

1. A child born between 01.04.2017 and 31.03.2018 is eligible for admission to Nursery I, and a child born between 01.04.2016 and 31.03.2017 is eligible for admission to Nursery II.

2. Please visit the school website between July 20, 2020 and July 29, 2020 and click on “Admission 2021-22 Apply Now” on home page. You will be directed to, an ABP venture with whom the School has tied up for registration purpose. Parents first need to register themselves with their mobile number.

3. After registration parents can check their child’s eligibility for admission by entering date of birth and if eligible will be taken to the page where instructions will be given in detail on how to fill up the registration form.

4. The online registration form must be filled in as per instructions given. Parents are to note all instructions carefully. Uploading of all relevant documents while filling in the form is mandatory. The maximum size of each document should not exceed 250 kb.

5. The registration for admission can be done online against a payment of र500/- (plus applicable convenience fee as charged by Admission Tree) through the payment gateway provided on the admission tree platform. Payment can be made either using a credit card, debit card or through netbanking option given on the payment gateway.

6. After successful payment of the registration fees, parents will get a mail from Admission Tree confirming the submission of registration form along with soft copy of the duly filled up form and an acknowledgement towards receipt of Application Fee.

7. Simultaneously, the School will also send a mail to the primary email id of the parent confirming the submission of registration form along with the soft copy of the School Prospectus and other details.

8. The School will shortlist candidates as per its own criteria and parents of such shortlisted children will be required to attend a virtual interaction with their wards with the Principal/Vice-Principal. The date and time of interaction will be informed to the parents through the email ID provided by them at the time of registration as well as through SMS on their mobile numbers. Interaction with the applicants for Nursery I and Nursery II will tentatively be held in August and September 2020, respectively.

9. The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants. Every year, we have more applicants than the number of seats available. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her calibre.

10. Parents must also understand that registration / short listing does not guarantee admission to their wards. They may check the application status from time to time on the school website.

11. 12. If any information is found to be incorrect or false, or in case proper documentation is not provided, the application/admission is liable to be cancelled.
