Magha Gupt Navratri 2024

 Navratri is observed as the most spiritual festival in India. Apart from Shardiya and Chaitra Navratri, people across the country also celebrate two Magha Gupt Navratri and Ashadha Gupt with great zeal and pomp.

Apart from Shardiya and Chaitra Navratri, people across the country also celebrate two Magha Gupt Navratri and Ashadha Gupt with great zeal and pomp. The Magha Gupt Navratri falls during the Shukla Paksha of the Magha month, while the Ashadha Navratri falls during the Ashadha mon .

Magha Gupt Navratri, commonly known as Gupt Navratri, is a nine-day festival honouring the nine manifestations of Shakti, or the mother Goddess. The auspicious holiday is held in the month of Magh in January or February and is said to fend off life's problems. This year the Magh Navratri will start today (January 22, 2023, and the festival will come to an end on January 30, 2023.

Magha Gupt Navratri 2024: Mantra and Puja Vidhi

The Puja Vidhi is the same during Magha Gupt Navratri as it is during any other Navratri. During the Gupt Navratri celebration, followers fast and worship the goddess Durga both during the day and at night. On different days of Magha Navratri, different manifestations of the goddess are worshipped. On the ninth day, people fast till the evening and then visit their daughters to wish them good health.

Magha Gupt Navratri 2024: Shubh Muhurat

This year the Gupt Navratri of Magh month has started on 10th February 2024. It will end on 18 February 2024. This Navratri starts from the Pratipada date of Shukla Paksha of Magh month. According to belief, Gupt Navratri is a golden opportunity for those who practice Tantra.
