WB Madhyamik Exam Result 2026

Secondary examination results announced: A student from North Dinajpur secures the first position. Northern districts outperform the southern ones in pass percentage, with Kalimpong leading.

A total of 9 lakh 59 thousand 753 students appeared for the examination. Among them, 9,01,724 were regular candidates. The number of male students was 4,23,103.

Kalimpong leads in pass percentage with a 95.10% pass rate.

Kolkata recorded a 91.04% pass rate.

Mark sheets will be available at schools from the afternoon of 8 May onwards.

The first position has been secured by a student from North Dinajpur with 698 marks. Second position secured with 696 marks.

The overall pass percentage is 86.83%. Kalimpong ranks first in terms of pass percentage with 95.10%. East Midnapore is in second place, while Kolkata holds the third position. A total of 131 students have secured places in the top ten.

2020 Final Semester Examination For UG and PG Courses In West Bengal Universities

Students can appear for final semester examination for UG and PG courses from home. Question papers will be sent to students through e-mail or whatsApp and they can submit their answer scripts through net. Time duration of the exams will be 24 hours. Those who don't have internet facility, can submit hard copy. Examinations will be be held within 01 to 18 October and results will be published by 31 October
