Course of Study
Master Degree are offered at the College of Nursing of the
Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society in the following subjects.
1. Mental Health (Psychiatric) Nursing
2. Medical Surgical Nursing
3. Community Health Nursing
4. Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing
5. Child Health (Pediatric) Nursing
2. Medical Surgical Nursing
3. Community Health Nursing
4. Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing
5. Child Health (Pediatric) Nursing
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed one of the following examinations
obtaining at least 55% marks in the aggregate -
(i) Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Examination of Baba Farid University
of Health Sciences, Faridkot/Panjab University, Chandigarh (or);
(ii) B.Sc Nursing Examination of Baba Farid University of Health
Sciences, Faridkot/Panjab University, Chandigarh (or)
(iii) Any other B.Sc Nursing Exam recognised by the Syndicate of
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences as equivalent to (a) or (b) above. An
applicant shall apply to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health
Sciences, Kotkapura Road, Faridkot (Punjab) for an eligibility certificate, if
applicable
(iv) Post Basic B.Sc (IGNOU) only from Centers recognized by the
Indian Nursing Council (INC)
Selection
Procedure
The selection of the candidates would be based on an admission
written test. The test will be based on objective-type and multiple-choice
questions of B.Sc nursing syllabus. The test will be held on 13 August 2015;
