Admission procedure of Kalyani Government Engineering College

Students for B.Tech courses are admitted through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. Admission to the M.C.A. course is through WB MCA Joint Entrance Examination (JECA).

As this college is a Government Engineering College, like any other Government Engineering College, there is no management quota.

Hostel facilities for students of Kalyani Government Engineering College

This Engineering College provides four boys hostelsnamely , Rishi Bankim Chandra Hall ,Vidyasagar Chhatrabas, Raja Rammohan Roy Hall and Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy Hall. This College has only one girls hostel, Pritilata Chhatrinivas . The college has multiple staff quarters. Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy Hall is reserved only for the first year students. Excepting Vidyasagar Chhatrabas, all the hostels are located inside the college campus.
