Applicants are further asked to note that at the time of counseling, the print –out of the submitted application form, application fee payment receipt and self attested copies of all testimonials are to be submitted, failing which no candidate will be allowed to attend the counseling session. For the purpose of proper verification of requisite entries made in the application form all testimonials and other relevant documents (like M.P ADMIT, 10+2 ADMIT, 10+2 MARK SHEET, CASTE CERTIFICATE,) etc. in original are to be produced.

On the day of counseling only the applicants will be allowed entry into the College campus on production

of all the documents at the main entrance gate. APPLICANTS ARE ASKED TO TAKE

ENTRY INTO THE COUNSELLING ROOM POSITIVELY BEFORE

12.00 NOON . The main entrance gate and the doors of the counseling rooms will be closed sharp

at 12.00 noon with the ringing of a long bell and no entry will be allowed under any circumstances after 12.00 noon.
