Allegations of Tanushree Dutta on Nana Patekar - Reactions from Bollywood Celebs

Bollywood is stormed by the allegations made by actress Tanushree Dutta on Nana Patekar. Tanushree said that she was sexually harassed by veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar 10 years ago on the set of film 'Horn OK Please'. Many Bollywood actors extended their supports for Tanushree. Amitabh Bachchan is keeping himself in safe side.  

Tanushree said that the incident took place on the sets of ‘Horn OK Pleasss’. Ganesh Acharya was choreographing a duet song for that film where Nana and Tanushree were supposed to perform in the song sequence. The actress has accused Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her and having insisted on shooting an intimate song sequence in the film, even though it was not mentioned in her contract. Tanushree Dutta also stated that she was heckled by a mob when she refused to oblige. 

Ganesh Acharya said that he cannot confirm to Tanushree being heckled by a mob as claimed by her. According to him, Nana Patekar calling members of some political party never happened.

What Nana is Saying

Nana Patekar said that there were 200 people sitting in front of them on the sets. As the entire crew was present on the sets, he could not have done anything like that. He continued saying that no matter what someone says about him he will still continue to do what he has been doing in his life. 

What Bollywood Saying

Farhan Akhtar has extended his support for Tanushree through social media. Actress Sonam Kapoor asked people to stand together and support Tanushree. Social media star Janice Sequeira penned a thread about being present on set when that particular incident occurred. Other Bollywood stars like Shilpa Shetty, Priyanka Chopra, Twinkle Khanna, Richa Chadda, Renuka Shahane, Simi Garewal, Swara Bhasker, Taapsee Pannu too have joined the bandwagon of actresses supporting Tanushree Dutta.

An eight years old video has resurfaced on the web where Dimple Kapadia said that she knows the dark sides of Nana Patekar. Dimple and Nana have worked together in  films like Prahaar: The Final Attack (1991), Angaar (1992), Krantiveer (1994) and Welcome Back (2015).

Amitabh Bachchan was recently asked for his views on this issue, the superstar said, "Na toh mera naam Tanushree Dutta hai aur na hi Nana Patekar."

Dimple Kapadia gets injured during shooting of film Welcome Back

Dimple Kapadia was injured during the shooting of film Welcome Back. The actress is in Dubai for the shooting. 

In a particular scene, Dimple had to run as fast as possible while mouthing a dialogue. During the shooting of the scene, the actress fell down and injured herself. Dimple was wearing a heavy lehenga for the scene and her leg got stuck in he lehenge while running.

Dimple was given immediate medical attention and was asked to rest.

The other actors in film Welcome Back are Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Paresh Rawal and Shruti Haasan apart from Dimple.

Story of the Film Finding Fanny

The film is based on five characters of village Pocolim in Goa. Pocolim is a typical village where pointless conversations are a part of life. People of Pocolim seem to be from other planet.

Old postman Ferdie one day finds a letter that he had written 46 years ago to Stefanie Fernandes with a proposal of marriage between them. Ferdie realized that the letter was not delivered to ‘Fanny’, Stefanie Fernandes. Ferdie used to call his dream girl as Fanny with love. Since the last 46 years, Ferdie used to think that he was rejected by her Fanny.

Ferdie now starts to find out Stefanie Fernandes, his Fanny. Ferdie don’t know where Stefanie Fernandes is. Ferdie has no idea about whether Stefanie Fernandes is alive or dead.

Four other colorful characters from the village join Ferdie in finding Fanny. The four characters are a young virgin widow, a bitter mechanic, a belligerent artist and an obnoxious self-appointed “Lady” of Pocolim. Ultimately the five characters experience various hilarious and moving events that change their lives forever.

Dimple Kapadia filed a petition in the Bombay High Court

Anita Adbani claimed a share of late Rajesh Khanna's property and filed a case of domestic violence against Dimple, her two daughters and son-in-law Akshay Kumar. Anita Advani claimed that she was live-in partner of Rajesh Khanna and that's why she can claim the Rajesh Khanna's bunglow 'Aashirwad'. Anita Advani has further demanded Rs. 10 lakhs as monthly allowance from the family of Rajesh Khanna.

Dimple did not uttered a single word against Anita so far but now she has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court on Friday refuting Advani’s claims. In the petition, Dimple has stated that she was the late superstar’s legal wife till his death and for that reason Anita’s claim can not be accepted.

In support of Dimple`s petition, son-in-law Akshay Kumar has filed almost a same petition and it is learnt that Dimple's two daughters will also file similar petition very soon in support of her mother.

Rajesh Khanna`s bunglow ‘Aashirwad’ is worth Rs 200 crore and including the other properties like several other apartments, commercial properties total property of the late super start Rajesh Khanna is nearly Rs 500 crore.

Anita Advani vs Dimple Kapadia on Property of Rajesh Khanna

The conflict between family members of Rajesh Khanna and Anita Advani, who was supposed to be the live-in partner of the super start during the last few years of his life has taken a new turn. A metropolitan court has ordered family members of Rajesh Khanna including Akshay Khanna to appear before the court. Anita Advani has lodged a complaint against Dimple Kapadia and other members of the family and she has claimed to be live-in partner of Rajesh Khanna and now wants maintenance from the estate of the late actor.

The court has ordered Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle, Rinki, and Akshay Kumar to appear before the court on 04 December to let the court know their views on arriving at a settlement with Anita Advani, if they so desired.

If the Dimple and other members do not agree to a settlement the matter will be taken for hearing.

Legal notice from Anita Advani to Dimple and Akshay

Anita Advani was live-in partner of Rajesh Khanna during the last few years of the superstar. Anita Advani was evicting her from the bungalow - Ashirwad of Rajesh Khanna just before the death of Rajesh Khanna and the act was performed by Dimple Kapadia and her son-in-law Akshay Kumar. Anita Advani has send a legal notice to both Dimple and Akshay for evicting her from the bungalow. It is learnt that Anita Advani has filed a domestic violence case in a Bandra court.

The Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate ordered notices for Dimple Kapadia, Akshay Kumar and daughters Twinkle Khanna and Rinki Saran.

Anita Advani claims to has spent the best time of her life with Rajesh Khanna. Anita told that she had a good relationship with the family members of Rajesh Khanna but the entire situation changed just before the death of Rajesh Khanna in July 2012.

Rajesh Khanna – Anita Advani case is now a hot topic

During the last few years Rajesh Khanna was not in news. After death it seems that he will be in hot news for few more months. On 17 July 2012, Tuesday Anita Advani send a legal notice to Rajesh Khanna claiming that she is live-in partner of Rajesh Khanna for many years and she needs compensation, a house to stay and a monthly maintenance. As per Anita, she has sacrificed everything in her life and lived with Rajesh Khanna for last 10 years. In the notice it is claimed that Rajesh Khanna told that he was in love with Anita and promised to take care of her. As per the notice Anita stayed with Rajesh for last 10 years till she was restrained by Rajesh Khanna from entering the house in June 2012.

As per legal experts, live-in partners do not have legal right to claim maintenance , only married woman can claim.  Rajesh Khanna was married to Dimple Kapadia and there was no divorce.

Rajesh Khanna again hospitalized

Yesteryear superstar Rajesh Khanna is again hospitalized on Saturday evening, 14 July 2012 evening due to weakness. Rajesh Khanna was released from the same hospital, Lilavati hospital just last week.

Dimple Kapadia and Rinkie Khanna are with Rajesh Khanna.

At the end of June 2012 it was reported that Rajesh Khanna has stopped taking food and on 23 June 2012 he was admitted to Lilavati hospital. Rajesh Khanna was discharged from the hospital on 8 July 2012. Prior to that, Rajesh Khanna was admitted to the same hospital in April month of this year. It has been reported that Rajesh Khanna has been put on saline drip and he may be discharged on Sunday evening or Monday morning.

Rajesh Khanna has been discharged from hospital

Yesteryears' superstar Rajesh Khanna has been discharged from Lilawati hospital on 7 July 2012, Saturday. The news is confirmed by Dimple Kapadia.

Rajesh Khanna was admitted to Lilawati hospital 23 June 2012 and since then his estranged wife Dimple Kapadia is by his side.

Dimple and her daughter Rinki Khanna were with Rajesh Khanna and accompanied him to his house after the actor was discharged from the hospital. Dimple Kapadia, like a traditional Indian wife has done her duties towards Rajesh. It is assumed that illness of Rajesh Khanna may have united him with his wife Dimple.

Yesterdat Rajesh Khanna was admitted to Lilavati Hospital at Bandra due to ‘exhaustion’ and ‘weakness’. Today’s report is that Rajesh Khanna is much better today and may be released from the hospital in a day or two. There was a rumour that Rajesh Khanna was suffering from liver and kidney troubles.
