Steps to be followed after publication of Merit List
Visit College Website www.thebges.edu.in
Click on “College Admission 2014-15”
Click on “ Click here for Student Login”
Enter your Login ID and password.
Your Login ID will either be your Email ID or your phone number as given at the time of Application Form fill up. Your password should be between 6-10 characters. If your password exceeds 10 characters, please enter only the first 10 characters to login.
Admission Form
Anti-Ragging Forms (signature of both Parent and Student is required)
Migration Form (required for Boards other than WBHSE, ISC, CBSE, NIOS)
Click on “Generate Admission Fees Challan”. In the Print Challan window,
a) Select the merit listed course from the drop down menu.

b) The payment option from will be Cash at The Federal Bank. c) Click “Generate” button.
7 Payment of fees by cash deposit at The Federal Bank.
a) Print the Admission Fees challan generated by clicking “Payment of Cash at The Federal Bank “
b) Pay your fees in Cash at the Federal Bank (Any Branch) Counter by producing the Admission Fees Challan printed.
c) Fees payments must be done with any branch of Federal Bank latest by

FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please Note:
It takes minimum of 48 Hrs. to update Payment status available under Student’s Login.
Document verification can only be done post 48 Hrs. from the date of payment of Admission fees.
Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
After payment of admission fees, wait for a sms/email for document verification date.
In case you do not receive a sms/email for document verification, visit college with all thebelow mentioned documents

Students should also bring under mention ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for verification.
a) Class 12 Mark sheet.
b) Class 10 Admit card.
c) Date of Birth proof.
d) Application Fees challan duly stamped by bank.
e) College Admission Fees paid Challan duly stamped by bank.
f) SC/ST certificate if applicable

- 4. Apart from Anti Ragging Form, signature of Parent is not required in any other document hence Parents are not required in the Document Verification process.
- 5. The Entire procedure of Document Verification will take approximately 2-3 Hrs.

- Admission Form duly signed by the student and the parent.
- 2 Stamp Size recent photographs (2.3cm ×2.7cm) loose.
- ONE stamp Size recent photographs (2.3cm ×2.7cm) neatly pasted on Admission Form.
- Anti-Ragging Form duly signed by the student and the parent.
- 2 Attested Photocopy of Class 12 Mark sheet (Attested by Authority of previous school- ONLY).
- Photocopy of SC/ST certificate if applicable (Benefits of these category only available to holders of these certificates issued by State of West Bengal).
- Migration certificate submission letter applicable for students coming from boards other than CBSE / CISCE (ISC) / WB Board / NIOS.
